1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, diced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt and pepper
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. dill
After dicing the cucumber, place it briefly on paper towel in order to soak out some of the moisture
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl
Stir together and enjoy! Use as a side dish and dip pita bread into it, or spread on top of chicken and rice, or enjoy in any manner!
