A video spotlight on Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah

If you’ve been a past reader of the Artsology Blog, you’ll know I’m a big fan of the musician Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah, and have written about him and his music in the past. At any rate, I was very intrigued by this video I found from the American Masters PBS Series, which includes interviews, clips from performances, and other items of interest, including topics of race, history, New Orleans, and much more. I love the scene where he’s hanging out with his mom while she works on some beadwork, it made me very curious to see and learn more about that art form. So much to unpack from this one 11 minute video, it’s definitely worth a watch!
