Kandinsky at the Guggenheim

The Guggenheim Museum has a video series titled “One Artwork, One Question,” in which one is invited to get to know the Guggenheim’s collection through a curator’s eyes. In each video, a Guggenheim curator discusses a significant work of art from the collection.

In this video, curator Megan Fontanella discusses Vasily Kandinsky’s painting “Blue Mountain” but includes some interesting history about the artist, along with photographs of the artist and views of many other art works by Kandinsky from their collection. Check it out here below:
