The Rubin Museum of Art doing what they can to keep people feeling peaceful

I received a press release from The Rubin Museum of Art that they want to provide “inspiration and knowledge to help” the public deal with the mental stress and anxiety related to the current coronavirus pandemic. They continue with: “visitors tell us that the Tibetan Buddhist Shrine Room is one of their favorite immersive art experiences in New York. Now the Shrine Room is accessible for virtual visits, so it can continue to be a refuge in times of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty.”

How are they doing this? With a 2 hour video filmed within the Shrine Room along with chanting … check out the video below and feel calm. I just got back from the grocery store, which felt like a war zone, so I think I’ll utilize this for a while myself!
