I love this video about artist Julian Schnabel, as it affords an inside look at some of his unusual approaches to painting, including throwing paint-soaked rags at the canvas, using 3-foot-long brushes, watering down a canvas with a hose, and working in his pajamas, among other things. Schnabel himself provides insight with his commentary during this excerpt of a film by Porfirio Munoz.
